Cancellation and Refund Policy

possible products and services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,
we are here to help. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:


1. Order Cancellation
● You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be
able to process a cancellation, as your order could already be in the shipping process.
● Tocancel your order, please contact our customer service team at
hello@plushandcush.com with your order details, including the order number.
● Ifyour order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return procedure
(as outlined below).


2. Refund Eligibility
● Eligibility for Refund: We offer refunds for eligible items within 3 days from the date of
receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in
the same condition as when it was received.
● Non-Refundable Items: Certain products which cost less than INR 300 are
non-refundable.


3. Refund Process
● Ifyour return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for
the purchase.
● Refunds may take up to 7- 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on
your bank or payment provider.
● Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an
error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).


4. How to Initiate a Refund

receiving your order.
● Provide the following details in your request:
○ Ordernumber
○ Item(s) you wish to return
○ Reasonfor return/refund request
○ Anysupporting images (for damaged or defective items)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
● Ifyour item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of
the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.


6. Exchanges
● At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please
follow the return process, and once your refund is processed, you may place a new
order.
